This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to products, services, memberships, subscriptions, educational programs, training, digital products, events, and other services offered by Traders Net Cafe FZC LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing, subscribing to, registering for, or otherwise using any service provided by the Company, you (“Customer,” “Client,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.
This Policy should be read together with the Company’s Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any specific terms applicable to the relevant product or service.
This Policy applies to, where applicable:
Specific products or services may have additional refund conditions disclosed at the time of purchase.
The Company aims to provide clear descriptions of its products and services before purchase. Customers are encouraged to review all available information, including pricing, service descriptions, eligibility requirements, duration, features, limitations, and applicable terms before completing a transaction.
A payment does not automatically create an unconditional right to a refund.
Refund eligibility depends on the type of product or service purchased, whether the service has already commenced or been delivered, whether the Customer has accessed or consumed digital content, the applicable cancellation period, the reason for the refund request, any specific terms disclosed at purchase, and applicable laws.
Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude or restrict any mandatory consumer rights or legal remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Where a service or membership is provided on a recurring basis, the Customer may request cancellation in accordance with the cancellation procedure communicated by the Company.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable service agreement:
Due to the nature of digital products, downloadable materials, recordings, online resources, software access, educational materials, or other immediately accessible digital content, refunds may be restricted once the Customer has downloaded the product, accessed the digital content, started using the digital service, received login credentials, accessed a course, module, recording, document, or resource, or otherwise obtained substantial access to the purchased digital product or service.
Where permitted by applicable law, digital products that have been accessed, downloaded, or substantially consumed may be considered non-refundable.
For courses, workshops, training programs, educational memberships, seminars, and similar services, refund eligibility may depend on whether the Customer has commenced participation.
Where applicable, the Company may consider a refund request if the request is submitted within the applicable stated refund period, the Customer has not materially accessed or consumed the educational content, no certificate or similar entitlement has already been issued, and the Customer satisfies any specific refund conditions communicated for the relevant program.
Once substantial course content, training sessions, recordings, resources, or other educational benefits have been accessed, the purchase may become non-refundable, subject to applicable law.
For physical or online events, workshops, seminars, or scheduled sessions:
Where a Customer purchases a service that requires work, preparation, consultation, customization, account setup, onboarding, administration, or other performance by the Company, cancellation after commencement may not result in a full refund.
The Company may deduct or retain an amount corresponding to services already performed, administrative or onboarding costs, third-party costs that cannot reasonably be recovered, customized work already completed, resources already provided, and other amounts properly chargeable under the applicable agreement.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by the Company, certain fees may be non-refundable, including setup or registration fees, administrative fees, completed consultation or service fees, customized service charges, transaction or third-party processing charges where legally permissible, digital products that have been accessed or downloaded, promotional or special-offer purchases identified as non-refundable, and services already fully performed.
Promotional, discounted, introductory, bundled, or special-offer purchases may be subject to separate refund conditions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional discounts do not create additional refund rights.
Where a refund is approved for a discounted bundle or promotional package, the Company may calculate the refund based on the actual value of the services or products retained or used rather than the undiscounted individual prices.
If a Customer has accidentally made a duplicate payment for the same product or service, the Customer should notify the Company as soon as reasonably possible.
Following verification, the Company may refund the confirmed duplicate amount through the original payment method or another appropriate method.
If a payment was made for the wrong product or service, the Company may, at its discretion and subject to operational and legal requirements, assist with correcting the transaction.
A payment may be declined, reversed, rejected, or otherwise fail because of bank restrictions, insufficient funds, payment-provider issues, incorrect payment details, security verification, card restrictions, technical problems, or other circumstances outside the Company's reasonable control.
A failed payment does not constitute a successful purchase or create a refund obligation.
If a Customer's account is charged despite a transaction being shown as unsuccessful, the Customer should contact the Company with appropriate transaction information so the payment can be investigated.
If the Company cancels a paid service before delivery and does not provide a reasonable replacement, rescheduled service, credit, or alternative arrangement, the Company may provide an appropriate refund in accordance with the applicable service terms and applicable law.
Where a service is cancelled because of circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control, including force majeure events, the Company may offer rescheduling, credit, replacement services, or a refund where appropriate.
Where a Customer's account, membership, or access is suspended or terminated because the Customer has violated the Company's Terms & Conditions, misused Company systems or services, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful conduct, attempted unauthorized access, abused staff, instructors, systems, or other customers, circumvented payment requirements, or otherwise materially breached an applicable agreement, the Customer may not be entitled to a refund for unused portions of the service, except where required by applicable law.
Traders Net Cafe FZC LLC may provide trading-related education, information, tools, resources, or related services.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Company's services do not constitute a guarantee of profit, investment return, or financial success.
Customers acknowledge that financial markets involve risk:
A refund request should not be confused with compensation for trading losses.
Nothing in this section limits any legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Please read our full Educational Disclaimer & Risk Disclosure.
To request a refund, the Customer should contact the Company's designated customer support channel.
A refund request should include:
The Company may request additional information where reasonably necessary to verify the transaction.
Incomplete or unverifiable requests may delay processing.
Each refund request will be reviewed based on the applicable terms and circumstances.
The Company may consider:
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
Where a refund is approved, the Company will generally process the refund using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
The time required for funds to appear in the Customer's account may depend on the Company's processing time, payment gateway procedures, banks, card issuers, international payment networks, and other financial institutions.
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, card networks, or other third parties outside its reasonable control.
Customers are encouraged to contact the Company before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that the matter can be investigated and resolved where possible.
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may be investigated and challenged where appropriate.
Nothing in this section prevents a Customer from exercising any lawful rights available under applicable law.
If a Customer believes that a transaction was made without authorization, the Customer should notify the Company immediately and, where appropriate, contact their bank or payment provider.
The Company may investigate suspicious transactions and may request information reasonably necessary to verify the transaction.
Where fraud or unauthorized use is confirmed, the Company will take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law and payment-provider requirements.
Except where required by applicable law or expressly provided under a specific service offer, a Customer's change of mind, failure to use a service, lack of time, personal circumstances, or failure to achieve expected results does not automatically create a right to a refund.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product or service description and applicable terms before purchasing.
The Company reserves the right to consider exceptional refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Any goodwill refund, credit, replacement, or exception granted by the Company does not create an obligation to provide similar treatment in future cases, does not amend the general Policy, does not constitute an admission of liability, and remains subject to applicable law.
Nothing in this Policy is intended to remove, restrict, or waive any mandatory rights, remedies, guarantees, or protections available to Customers under applicable UAE laws or other laws that may legally apply to a particular transaction.
Where a statutory right conflicts with a provision of this Policy, the applicable mandatory legal requirement will prevail to the extent of the conflict.
The Company may update or amend this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in services, payment methods, business practices, legal or regulatory developments, or other operational requirements.
The updated version will be published through the Company's appropriate communication channels.
The version applicable to a transaction will generally be determined according to the applicable purchase and contractual terms, subject to mandatory law.
